About Us

The Holden Sporting Car Club of Queensland began its existence in the Late 60's as the Viva Car Club and then progressed to the Holden Torana Car Club when they were the sporting Holden of the mid to late 70's. The early 80's saw the Club's last name change to its current title of the Holden Sporting Car Club Of Queensland (Inc) and although our association with Holden dealers has diminished in the past few years our association with club motorsport hasn't.

HSCCQ was built by an association of people who enjoyed competing in club motorsport and socialising with others who enjoyed a common automotive theme - Holdens.

These days the basic theme of the club is still the same with club motorsport, mainly Motorkhanas, as our main activity. The socialising theme these days is motorsport based and is not specific to any particular make or model of car.

About Motorkhanas
